The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show features exciting cooking challenges like the American Culinary Federation Culinary Arts Competition, USA Culinary Cup Team Competition, and the Florida Pastry Challenge. Take a seat at the Chef’s Table Luncheon, an amazing four course meal on the tradeshow floor! Teams competing in the USA Culinary Cup serve their gastronomic goodies to a “restaurant style” crowd at the back of the tradeshow. Mix and mingle over coffee and conversation at the Foodservice Council for Women session.
